When using your iPhone to access the Live Stream through the Fox News App, please make sure to troubleshoot using these methods:
Check your Wifi: Make sure that your phone is connected to a strong signal. The quality of the video is dependent on your wireless network and signal strength. If you do not have a strong enough connection, you may only have access to the audio stream.
Make sure your App is updated: Make sure you're using the most up to date version of the iOS Fox News app. If the Fox News app is up to date but continues to give you live streaming issues, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
Make sure you're signed into your provider: To login to your provider on the iPhone app, go to For You at the right hand bottom of your screen and then select "Settings" and go to "Log in to Watch Live TV.
